Mijn naam is Early Bouwman en ik ben op 29 mei 2006 aangehouden door de politie van Mexico voor een normale controle. De agent parkeerde zijn auto achter mijn wagen. Terwijl wij hier stonden kwam er een auto aan welke de politiewagen met hoge snelheid van achteren raakte. De politieagent welke de auto zag aankomen kon op tijd wegspringen. De politiewagen werd van achteren geraakt en schoot door. Ik raakte zwaar gewond en verloor door dit ongeval mijn linker been. Mijn rechter been is dusdanig beschadigd dat ik hiermee bijna niets meer kan.
Ik had een eigen bedrijf dat ondertussen failliet is gegaan en leef nu van de bijstand. De aansprakelijke verzekeraar laat niets van zich horen en de belangenbehartigers welke ik tot nu toe heb gehad doen helemaal niets. Mijn advocaat in Mexico wil alleen maar meer geld en doet al twee jaar niets.
Ik ben nu bijna 2 jaar verder en tot de inschakeling van Jeroen Terlingen van Victory Juridisch Advies, is er totaal niets gedaan in mijn zaak. Samen met de heer Terlingen heb ik deze site gemaakt om op een gemakkelijke wijze een ieder inzicht te geven in wat mij is overkomen en als potentieel drukmiddel op de verzekeraar GNP in Mexico.

De advocaat reageert nergens op en vraagt om meer geld terwijl hij de verzekeraar niet eens aansprakelijk heeft gesteld. *De politie wiens auto het was dat het letsel veroorzaakte. Van hen vernam ik nooit meer iets. *Agis mijn ziektekostenverzekeraar. Deze heeft substantiële kosten gemaakt om mij uit Mexico weg te halen. De strafzaak tegen de dader is inmiddels voorbij maar ik heb nog nooit iets van GNP noch inhoudelijk van mijn advocaat de heer Geurra gehoord. Wie kan druk uitoefenen op de verzekeraar om actief te worden? Wie heeft er verstand van het recht in Mexico en wil niet gelijk € 200,- per uur van mij ontvangen?
GNP heeft kantoren over de gehele wereld. De heer Terlingen wil deze website naar alle kranten en kantoren van GNP sturen als zij niet binnen een redelijke termijn reageren. Hij heeft ze al een e-mail bombardement gestuurd en slechts één van de medewerkers heeft gereageerd en aangegeven dat hij de aansprakelijkstelling van Victory Juridisch Advies zal doorsturen. Hiermee is in ieder geval de verjaring gestuit.

The accident
My name is Early Bouwman and I was held by the police on a routine control in Mexico, on May 29 2006. I was there on a holiday. The police officer parked his car behind my car. While we stood there, another car came up and hit the police car with high speed from the back. The officer, who saw the car coming, jumped aside just on time. I could not get away on time, so I was hit by the police car and got injured badly. I lost my left leg. My right leg is seriously damaged, I can hardly use it. I owned a company back in the Netherlands which is bankrupt now and I live on the dole. The insurance company won’t pay my bills and the persons who were supposed to look after my interests did not do anything. My lawyer in Mexico only wants more money and hasn’t done anything yet. It has been two years since the accident and nothing has been done in my case. I got fed up and turned to the internet to search for a good office to look after my interests. I came across Victory Juridisch Advies (www.victoryadvies.nl). Together with Mr. Jeroen Terlingen, who owns the company, I made this website. We want to give everybody a good look in what happened to me. We also want to increase the pressure on GNP, the Mexican insurance company. Underneath the parties involved:
1. GNP is one of the biggest insurance companies in Mexico and the opposite party. The opening text on this website is theirs. ‘’My moment in life” (see their logo). 2 . Mr. D.Guerra, Mr Bouwmans my lawyer in Mexico www.mexicolegalgroup.com. 3. The Mexican police. Their car caused the injury. I never heard from them again. 4 . Agis, the Dutch insurance company I was insured with at the time of the accident. Agis made substantial costs to get me out of Mexico. Nothing but good on their behalf. 5 Mr. Joost Versluis, my loyal friend who translated this website in Spanish. The person I can always count on. 6 Mr. Jeroen Terlingen, Owner of Victory, whom I just met and is willing to fight for his clients.
GNP, the Mexican insurance company
GNP is the second biggest insurance company in Mexico. They make over 676 million dollars a year (annual rates 2003). By now, their criminal case against the offender is over but I have never heard anything from them or from my lawyer, Mr. Guerra. Who can put pressure on the GNP to become active? Who knows Mexican law and doesn’t want 200 dollars an hour from me? GNP has offices all around the world. If GNP does not react properly and within reasonable time, Mr. Terlingen wants to send this website to all GNP offices and to a various of newspapers. Mr. Terlingen has already send them an email bombardment. Only one co-worker of GNP reacted by sending an email back, saying he would forward the email with the liability claim of Victory Juridisch Advies to a colleague responsible. At least the period of prescription was stopped.

El accidente
Soy Early Bouwman, el 29 de Mayo del 2006 me detuvo la Policía Mexicana para pedirme los documentos del coche. El Policía aparcó su coche detrás del mío. Salí del coche y me puse detrás de él para hablar con el Policía. Estando ahí y hablando con el Policía, llegó otro coche con mucha velocidad. Ese coche chocó con él del Policía. El choque hizo que el coche Policial avanzara, dejándome prensado a mí entre los dos coches. El Policía se salvó a tiempo, pero yo quedé gravemente lesionado, perdí la pierna izquierda por este accidente. La pierna derecha quedó tan dañada que ya casi no me sirve para nada.
Tenía mí propia compañía, que a consecuencia del accidente quebró. Ahora subsisto gracias a programas sociales. La Compañía Aseguradora del coche que provocó el accidente ha hecho caso omiso a mi problema y los abogados Mexicanos que se iban a encargar de mí caso únicamente piden dinero, sin embargo no han hecho nada en los últimos dos años.

El Señor Guerra cobró una suma de una Aseguradora Holandesa para hacer su trabajo. Sin embargo, el Sr Guerra ya no hace nada, salvo pedir más dinero, mientras que ni siquiera ha responsabilizado a la Aseguradora. El Policía cuyo coche provocó mis lesiones. No supe más nada de él.Agis, la Compañía de Seguro médico de Holanda. Ellos incurrieron en gastos considerables para repatriarme de México a Holanda. Joost Sluis, amigo que traduce esta Página Web en Español. Jeroen Terlingen, acaba de aparecer en mi vida, pero ya me consta que es un hombre cumplidor que quiere ayudarme en este caso.

El juicio penal contra el conductor que provocó el accidente ya pasó, sin embargo nunca recibí informe alguno, no de GNP, ni de mi “abogado” en México, el Sr. Guerra.
Quién puede presionarle a la Aseguradora para que por fin cumpla con sus obligaciones? Quién tiene entendimiento del Derecho Mexicano y me quiere asistir sin tener la ilusión de cobrar € 200,- por hora?
GNP tiene sucursales por todas partes del mundo. El Señor Terlingen pretende enviar esta página a todos ellos, así mismo a todos los periódicos si GNP no responde dentro de un plazo razonable. Ya les mandó un bombardeo de emails y tan sólo un empleado reaccionó al mensaje en lo cual el Licenciado responsabilizó a la Aseguradora. Ese empleado indicó que iba a re-enviar el mensaje a otro Departamento. Con eso, Victory y el Sr. Terlingen por lo menos lograron a interrumpir la caducidad de mis derechos.

Presionarle a GNP Llamar la atención de los medios informativos, tanto en Holanda como en México Solicitarle al abogado que haga su trabajo, y en caso de que tampoco cumpla vamos a enfocar la atención en su trabajo y en el despacho donde labora.
